THE GOOD LIFE WITH NADIA EL FERDAOUSSI

The Good Life is back for the third year running and this time with a twist in May 2025. For the first time, we’ll be running a Padel & Movement week.

By now you’ll have heard of about the rise in popularity of padel (and the new courts popping up all over Ireland), or else you’re already a player.

If you want to finally come home from a holiday feeling better than when you left, then this might be the trip for you.

I personally love having a list of activities I can opt into, that are all pre-organised, so that very little brain power is needed, and I can fully switch off. A holiday with sunshine, good food and drink, lots of time to relax and a great line-up of gentle movement and more strenuous activities.

The Good Life with me, Nadia El Ferdaoussi, is a week-long activity holiday I’ve curated in Calahonda with Marbella Fitness Camp. We spend time at the training arena, by the pool, at the bar, sleeping well, eating well, making new friends, sweating, stretching, sightseeing and relaxing.

This isn’t a Bootcamp – there are no restrictions, and everything is totally optional. Do as much or as little as you like, sleep in or enjoy sunrise yoga, be in bed by 9pm or have a glass of wine from the honesty bar by the fire pit - this is YOUR holiday.

There will be padel lessons and sessions on five days for all levels plus yoga, mobility, a short sunrise run and hike, plus Frank’s infamous Westlife workout. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided family style, you’ll never go hungry! And we have a rest day mid-week where you can enjoy Malaga, Marbella, a massage at the resort, the local beach for some cocktails or just chill by the pool, whatever you like. PAYMENT TERMS

If you book the camp less than 4 months before arrival, the payment terms will be different than below. The deposit of 300€ has to be paid at booking to reserve your place. This deposit is non-refundable in any case. Balance has to be paid 4 months before the camp but you will receive an email a few days before.

ACCOMMODATION & SURROUNDINGS

Accommodation will be at Finca Naundrup. Finca Naundrup is a resort which has previously been a hotel, horse ranch and school. It covers an area of 28,000 square meters. Most classes are held at the complex. Finca Naundrup has hotel rooms/apartments accommodating between 2-4 people each. You will be staying in the penthouse building. but without the surcharges. If you book alone, you will share room with other participants of the same gender and camp. If you book and pay for single room, you will get your own room. We only have a few single rooms available. Couples will not share room with anyone else.

The resort is situated in Calahonda on the Costa Del Sol. Spain – only 1,5km from the beach. Read more about the complex and see pictures at Finca Naundrup. Check-in at Finca Naundrup from 4:00pm, Check-out at 10:00am.

Note that if you arrive earlier or depart later, you will be able to use the common area of the resort without charge. On arrival and departure days, there will be 3 transfers at different times. Times will be confirmed closer to the time. Please note, you could have a few hours waiting in Malaga airport. If you prefer not to wait, you can use the public transport. The train goes from Malaga airport to Fuengirola. Here you change to the bus 220 to Calahonda. We can arrange pick up from the bus stop. Taxi is also an option. The price is normally around 60-70€ from Malaga airport to Calahonda. See transfer times here.

THE AREA

Calahonda, Marbella, Malaga is on Spain's Costa del Sol and boasts some of Europe's most beautiful beaches. Finca Naundrup is less than 2 km from the beach , 20 minutes on foot , three minutes by car. Calahonda is well-known as an attractive holiday destination. 10-15 minutes’ walk from the complex you will find "The Calahonda Strip", which is a street full of restaurants , coffee shops, internet café, bar, mini market and much more. Calahonda is situated between Fuengirola and Marbella , both of which have some of the best shopping facilities in Spain. Both towns have shopping malls and quaint streets. Marbella is especially known for its old town and let's not forget Puerto Banus, "the playground of the rich", which is world famous. Finca Naundrup is 35km from Malaga Airport, which is the nearest airport.
