Terms & Conditions

By paying a deposit for a camp or purchasing a gift certificate for another individual at Marbella Fitness Camp, I agree to following terms and conditions:

• Our prices always include VAT, full board incl. water and fruit, free participation at all classes at the camp, transfer from Malaga airport to the resort & return as well as Wi-Fi at the premises.
• The deposit for the camp or gift certificate value is non-refundable.
• Gift certificates are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash. They are issued only for the calendar year indicated on the gift certificate itself and expire on December 31 of the year indicated.
• If there is a balance to be paid, it must be paid 16 weeks before arrival. After the balance is paid, this is non-refundable except in the unlikely event that the camp is cancelled by Marbella Fitness Camp.
• Please note that a 5% surcharge will be automatically added if PayPal is chosen as the payment method for the deposit, balance, or gift certificate payment.
• Marbella Fitness Camp has the right to change or cancel the trip, but if this results in a change of the travel value, the customer is entitled to a price reduction, though this does not include minor changes.
• If Marbella Fitness Camp makes any changes / cancellations the customer will be informed immediately about refund/reduction. The customer will have the option to join another available camp instead.
• People under 18 years of age must have the consent of a parent / guardian and we must have a signed document from them. Some camps have a required minimum age of 18 years without parent / guardian.
• No alcohol will be served to people under 18 years old.
• All participants must bring the EU health insurance card. The EU health insurance card is free and can be ordered at the citizen office. Allow up to 4 weeks from order until you receive it.
• Participation at all the camps is at your own risk. We recommend that all participants have their own insurance as the EU health insurance card does not apply in every situation, for example if home transport back home is needed.
• During our camps we take photos. These photos are solely for the use of Marbella Fitness Camp. We will use them on our social Medias, our material for advertising, flyers etc.
• All participants must follow the rules and instructions at the complex.
